'Talking the talk' is all well and good but sometimes it's nice to know someone can 'walk the walk' as well.
With that thought in mind I thought I'd include a list of the training courses I've completed with the different cruise lines, (and the mark I got for doing them).
Hopefully it will make you feel that little bit safer booking your cruise with me.
(Please bear in mind though that not all cruise lines have online training courses so just because you don't see a certificate here don't assume you can't call me about that cruise line).
