Latest ash cloud news

It looks like it's happened again although fingers crossed this time all the experts are saying it shouldn't be as bad.
What am I talking about?
Well if you haven't heard already another volcano has erupted up in Iceland and is once again spewing ash and dust throughout Northern Europes flight lanes.

As you can imagine we have very little information at the moment as it only started saturday night, but the information we do have we'll be sharing with you as and when we get it.
It's a different volcano this time, called Grimsvotn and this is it's largest eruption for over a hundred years.
All flight agencies are watching it closely but just like last year until the ash actually starts to drift it's difficult to know what to do about it. Everyone's agreed that there's no risk of any ash reaching England in the next twenty four hours or so; so good news for anyone traveling today into tomorrow, but there is a good chance we'll have quite a bit of ash drifting our way towards the end of the week, depending on which way the wind blows the ash plume..
The only good news so far is that this eruption isn't of the same scale as last year and apparently the dust particles are of a much larger size meaning they'll come back down to Earth quicker which in turn means it should all be over a lot quicker than it was last year, (again, fingers crossed)!

That's about all the information I have at the moment but I'll keep you updated as and when I here more.

Happy cruising.
